You will receive an automatic response from the website to your email when the request has been sent to the FORHA office. An administrator of the FORHA office should contact you via email to confirm receipt. If you do not receive confirmation from the FORHA office within a few business days, please call our office to ensure your application was received.

Additional documentation such as blueprints or descriptive information may be required by the committee. Copy of survey/plat and where proposed improvements will be located must ordinarily be furnished. Documents can be attached to this application (See bottom of form) or delivered to the FORHA office at 7286 Dietz Elkhorn.
- The property owner is responsible for adhering to restrictions and covenants, copies of which are available from FORHA.
- The property owner accepts and acknowledges the responsibility for maintenance, upkeep, etc. of the improvement/change. The property owner agrees to submit any change from the original application for review by the applicable Committee.
- Upon approval, the property owner will provide the approval form to the City of Fair Oaks Ranch for their consideration in issuance of a building permit. A building permit and contractor registration must ordinarily be issued per City ordinance before any work may lawfully begin.
