Frank (Biff) Chesworth

Biff and his wife Wendy moved to Fair Oaks Ranch in 2009 due to a job relocation. He has been serving as Chairman of the Restrictions Committee for Sections D4/E since 2012. During this five year period he has gained extensive experience in dealing with a variety of issues that would translate well in working with the various Restriction Committees across the Ranch. He has maintained a close working relationship with the office staff, the Restriction Advisory Committee and some current and past board members. He believes it is imperative that community members and the Board work closely with each other in a manner that is open and cooperative while maintaining a professional and friendly relationship. Just as important is applying consistency and fairness in the resolution of issues.

Biff has been employed with Nationwide Insurance for 39 years. He has held a variety of leadership roles within the claims department and currently leads a team that is supporting ten states between Texas and Minnesota. Similar to some of our local military folks his family has relocated eight times and they have lived in places as diverse as Chicago, Illinois, Syracuse, NY, Columbus, Oh., and several stops in the mid-Atlantic region. During this time, he and Wendy have raised three successful children living in Tokyo, Japan, Burbank, California, and Hilton Head, SC. Within the various stops Biff has gained an understanding of what makes for a beautiful neighborhood. He's seen the good and the bad!

His experience in claims has allowed him to develop a skill and comfort level around legal documents and dispute resolution. He believes there are very few issues that cannot be resolved without a discussion and understanding of all parties.

Wendy is currently employed as a pre-School teacher at St. Mark's Presbyterian Early Learning Center in Boerne and has taught many children who live on the Ranch. Biff and Wendy met in college at the University of Delaware where they both received their degrees. They are members of FORCC and look forward to many more years on the Ranch and doing what they can to maintain the great lifestyle that Fair Oaks affords to it's residents.
