The 2020 Annual Assessment Statements from FORHA have been mailed!
Due to a conversion of the database software program that is used by FORHA, the 2020 Annual Statements were mailed out a few weeks late. The statements were mailed out around January 14, 2020. As a result of the delay in the mailing of the statements, FORHA will be extending the deadline to pay until February 15, 2019 and we will be waiving all of the February late fees for the 2020 Assessments. Please keep an eye on your mail for your statement and on your email for an invitation to register for the TOPS Owners' Portal, which will allow you to pay your dues online with several options. The Owners' Portal will also provide you with a method to view your account and other documents from FORHA.
Use of Digital Information
In order to be more efficient and cut unnecessary costs, FORHA would like to begin sending meeting notices and other information to members via email. Please contact FORHA in writing at HOA@forha.org or via US Mail at 7286 Dietz Elkhorn, Fair Oaks Ranch, TX 78015 and let us know if you wish to receive such notices and invoices via email. Please send your response to this request by February 28, 2020. Thank you!
FORHA Directory
FORHA will be working on the new Directory during the first quarter of 2020. Please take the time to verify your address, phone number and email in the owner's portal. You can either make the changes yourself or you ay mail or email any changes to FORHA at 7286 Dietz Elkhorn, Fair Oaks Ranch, TX 78015, or HOA@forha.org. If you do not want some or all of your information in the directory, please otify FORHA by February 28, 2020.
