Judy Bordman Sarate (January 2019 to present)

I run the office at Fair Oaks Ranch Homeowners’ Association, which includes processing accounts, preparing bills and invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing membership communications and maintaining our database and website.  I oversee all of our financial and clerical services, while keeping a close eye on accuracy and efficiency.  I also act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the FORHA members.

As a result of this administrative experience and my background in accounting, I have a seasoned perspective on how to organize financial procedures and delivery quality customer service.

When I am not keeping busy with assisting FORHA members and Directors, I enjoy shopping, crafting and spending time with my family.

Assistant Community Manager

Shelley Nabors  (January 2021 to present)

I am the Assistant Community Manager at FORHA and I provide customer service, prepare resale packets, refinance statement of accounts, and transfer documentation for homeowners.  I also assist the Restrictions Committees with project applications, complaints and restriction violations,  as well as taking reservations for our beautiful parks. 

My background in property management comes from multifamily property management organizations where I  was employed as a property manager for over 15 years.   I am looking forward to assisting the members of  Fair Oaks Ranch Homeowners Association in any way that I can.
