Shelley Nabors, Business Operations Manager (January 2021 to present)
As the Fair Oaks Ranch Homeowners’ Association Business Operations Manager, I process and reconcile accounts, prepare bills/invoices, distribute membership communication, and maintain our database. I oversee financial and clerical services, and act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the FORHA members while delivering quality customer service. I look forward to continuing to serve the Fair Oaks Ranch community.
I was a Residential Property Manager for over 15 years and I am a Texan born and raised! I love being able to call the beautiful Texas Hill Country home. I enjoy working in my yard, paddle boarding, and spending time with my family including dogs, cats, and blue and gold macaw who truly rules the house.
Jessica Badders, Assistant Community Manager (December 2021 to present)
I am the Assistant Community Manager at FORHA and I provide customer service, prepare resale packets, refinance statement of accounts, and transfer documentation for homeowners. I also assist the Restrictions Committees with project applications, complaints, and restriction violations, as well as taking reservations for our beautiful parks. I am looking forward to assisting the members of Fair Oaks Ranch Homeowners Association in any way that I can.
My family and I had been wanting to move to the Texas Hill Country for years and finally made the move in June of 2021. My folks are in Fair Oaks Ranch as well, and we have two children at Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary. We love the sense of community here and are so happy to be planting roots here and calling this beautiful slice of Texas home.
Kristen Koronczok, Administrative Assistant (February 2022 to present)
I accepted the new role of Administrative Assistant, to assist homeowners, prospective homeowners, relators, and title companies in answering questions and preparing documents for processing. I previously served on the FORHA Board of Directors from 2018-2021.
I moved to Fair Oaks Ranch in 2016. I was born in Chicago and grew up in Florida, relocating to Texas in 2002. I have had the pleasure of living in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Marble Falls, and Tomball. My husband and I stay busy with three active children, we enjoy family time and exploring the great outdoors whenever possible. I graduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in Interior Design. I have worked in both residential and commercial design as well as Walt Disney World Resort. I look forward to the future with the Fair Oaks Ranch Homeowners’ Association.
