Pay Your Dues Online

FORHA now offers the ability to pay your dues online with credit card or ACH!  Below you will find the step-by-step instructions on how to do this.  You may click on any of the images to enlarge them. The bottom of this page has information on who to contact if you encounter any issues.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!  You will be charged a service fee if you choose to pay online.  This mandatory fee is collected by the credit card companies and our online payment service provider.  THIS FEE IS DOES NOT GO TO  FORHA.  IT IS ALSO NON-REFUNDABLE.  The fee for credit card payments is 3.5%, plus .55 cents. The fee for ACH is a flat $3.95 per transaction. If you do not want to pay the service fee, you may choose to mail a check instead.  Payments can be mailed to:

Step 1: Register for an Account

You will need to register for an account with our website.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you were registered on our old website (prior to August 2018), then you will need to register again and create a new username and password.  Your username and password for our old website will not work.  

You will need the community code and your account number found on the bill for your 2019 Annual Dues.  If you cannot locate this information, please click on "request code" below to have the FORHA office email you this information.

Once you have your community code and account number, you can click the button below to register.   For further instructions on how register, please click here.  After you have registered an account, you may proceed to Step 2.

REGISTER

Step 2: Login to Your Account

Click here to access the login page.  On the login page, enter the username and password that you created when registering.  If you cannot remember your username or password, you can click "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username" under the button that says Log in.

Step 3: Click on "Resident Portal"

After you have logged in, you will be redirected to the "myHOA" community page.  Click on "Resident Portal" on the left side of the web page.  A new window will pop-up.

 

Step 4: Click on "Pay Now" in the new window

You will see your name and the amount that is owed on your account.  Click on the green "Pay Now" button.

 

Step 5: Enter your Credit Card or ACH Information

You will see the amount owed at the top of the screen.  The "Dues/Assessments" is what your account currently owes.  The "Fees" are service fees charged by the credit card company and our online payment service provider.  Please note that these fees do not go to FORHA and are mandatory/non-refundable.  If you do not want to pay these fees, you may mail a check instead.

If you are paying by credit card, enter you credit card information in the fields provided.

If you are paying by ACH, click on the button that says "ACH", and fill out your bank account information into the fields provided.

 

Step 6: Submit

At the bottom of the page, check the box once you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.  You may then hit "Submit".

A small box will then pop up, asking, "Are you ready to pay?".  Click on "Ok" to confirm your payment.

 

Step 6: Confirmation Page

You will be redirected to a confirmation page showing the amount you paid.  Please note that your payment must be processed by the credit card company (or your bank if you choose ACH) and then by the FORHA office staff who will apply this payment to your account.  This may take up to 5-7 business days.
