Request a Resale Packet

A "Resale Packet" is a packet of vital information provided to those purchasing a home in an association.  The package includes a complete set of recorded documents that govern your association.  Typically, the documents included are:  Annual Financials, Annual Budget, Bylaws, Restrictions (CC&Rs), Insurance Declaration Page, a Resale Certificate and a Statement of Account.

In order to ensure that our new homeowner's receive the correct information concerning Fair Oaks Ranch Homeowners' Association (FORHA), it is the policy of FORHA to require that a Resale Packet be ordered and provided  on every resale of property sold within FORHA.  A resale for this purpose is defined as the sale of the property, improved or unimproved, by anyone other than the original owner of the lot.

All requests for a Resale Packet may be sent via email to forha2@gvtc.com or you may stop by the FORHA office.  Payment must be received in the FORHA office at the time of pickup or prior to email delivery of the document.  FORHA accepts payment for a Resale Packet in the form of a check, money order or cashier's check.  A Resale Packet is typically completed and ready for pickup within 3-5 business days, however, depending on our current workload it could take up to 10 business days to complete the request.  If you are in need of the document sooner, please request a rush order and  an additional charge will be assessed and will ensure completion within 24 or 48 hours from receipt of request.

The fees for the Resale Packet are as follows:

FORHA only                                                         $ 150.00

FORHA & Unit HOA                                            $ 200.00

Updated Resale Packet                                     $    30.00        (Statements are good for 60 days)

Rush Rate (within 48 hours)                             $    25.00         (additional fee)

Next Day Rate (within 24 hours)                      $   50.00        (additional fee)
